Amazing service by all the staff members

Staff were friendly,helpful and informative but not pushy. Nothing was too much trouble. Normally i would take time to consider a purchase like this but felt comfortable I had been steered towards the correct mattress for me. The 40 night trial is a welcome bonus and look forward to many nights of refreshing sleep

The assistant was very knowledgeable and very thoughtful. He gave us to time to talk, to try out different beds and gave clear advice which didn't involve trying to get us to buy more expensive items (we did this ourselves in the end!). We didn't feel rushed at all and didn't think there was anything to be gained by looking elsewhere as there was a wide selection of options and the assistant could tell us all we needed to know.

The staff were exceptional! Friendly, helpful and had a sound knowledge of the products they were selling - taking into account our individual needs. They didn't bother or pressure us into buying, giving us time to think and opportunity to ask (what i can assure you were lots of) questions. Alexandra and her colleagues were just amazing.

This was the first time my partner and myself had purchased a bed together. The detailed explanation of each of the beds we were advised after completing the computerised personnel test, was very informative. Felix Rean was very professional and friendly, giving us plenty of time to decide on our purchases.

There was no pressure selling

John knew the products well and was able to explain why we needed a firm mattress
