John helped me and was knowledgeable about an adjustable bed as I have heart and lung issues.

The sales lady was very helpful. We used the test bed to see what type of bed we would need. Very good indeed. We also purchase our old one from dreams before.

Vivek was very friendly and down to earth, gave us lots of time and seemed well informed about the products. He wasn't pushy, so we felt relaxed making our choice. The mattresses felt good quality and the free pillows were a nice touch.

Excellent salesman, did not persist and let us make our own mind.

John was very helpful came over to us as we were browsing gave us some pointers and let my wife and I browse a little longer we didn't feel pressured which we both like and when we almost made a decision I gave John the nod and he came back over to assist, all went smoothly he explained the guarantee etc checked the delivery time for us which suited me fine as I was off that week very impressed will recommend to friends.

The availability of a computerised system to analyis indivdual sleep needs and provide recommendations was of great benefit. Staff were plesant and willing to help, offer of a coffee and a freidnly smile first thing in the moring is always good; friendly banter whilst maintaining professionalism shows good staffing choices and training, overall good customer service.

As a person with specialised needs, finding a bed is often very difficult especially as these needs can be rather complex but the service I was given by John was not only efficient and confident but he openly discussed my needs as a disabled person, listening carefully and accurately applying my requirements to his recommendations as well as adjusting his assessments as I was trying beds for example as I struggled with the memory foam pillows, he replaced all the test pillows with the preferred one so that I could better feel the mattress's support. This meant that not was I made to feel like I was a valued customer but also that my needs weren't inconvenient or burdensome. Also I was able to discuss accessibility needs in regards to delivering and communication with the assurance that those delivering will be passed on the necessary information regarding those needs.
