FRiendly helpful, not over pushy, pleasant service with good product knowledge

Good product knowledge. Excellent use of scanner to cut down range to our specific requirements. Not rushed, allowed to try a number of mattresses and pillows. Good choice of bases to allow for access in our limited space.

On entering the store it felt very welcoming and we were approached by an extremely friendly member of staff at the Lady Bay Nottingham store named Alexandra. She was very knowledgeable and took her time at explaining and answering our questions and at no point did we feel we were being pressured to make a purchase. It was a very enjoyable experience and we felt at ease. After using the mattress simulator and getting a lovely massage from it, (we wish we could purchase that! Absolutely brilliant idea for finding the right mattress!) She took us to each of the mattresses that were advised and we are very happy with our purchase and can't wait to receive it! Alexandra should be praised for her excellent customer service and we have already recommended Dreams to many people

The store colleague ‘Vivek’ was friendly, knowledgeable, easy to talk to & great in understanding our requirements & sorting everything out. He was efficient but caring & approachable at the same time. He made the whole experience fun & painless.
