Very friendly staff and was not pressured into buying items. Good knowledge of products and left us alone when we wanted to discuss our purchase. It was quick and easy to order and pay and very good delivery time. Thank you.

The team at the Nottingham dreams store were absolutely fantastic! I explained my need and they were very understanding and knowledgeable about the bed I needed! I used the bed simulator and was shown the best mattress for my needs. Jodie went over cost and differences in products. She was not pushy and the whole experience was so calm and stress free.

I had looked at these products about a month before I placed the order and was given confirmation of the price etc. I finished the decorating and then when I went into the store to place the order I was elated to see that there was a further 10% discount on orders over £750. Unfortunately though when I went to place the order my bed had gone up by £200 and they couldn't honour the 10% discount. I felt this was misleading but after the manager became involved, they were able to negotiate a better price for me although I still ultimately paid more for the bed. I did feel however that Jodie and Felox offered exceptionally good customer service skills as I gave them a hard time about this even though in reality I knew they were bound by head office rules and this was not their fault. They did all they could to rectify matters within the constraints imposed upon them and they were both excellent ambassadors for the company. They understood where we were coming from and did all they could to try and assist us - which they did in the end.

We were greeted on arrival. The lady asked if we would like to use the sleep match bed. She used a special feather pillow when trying the beds out that were matched to us and even offered us a drink while we completed our order.

Alex was really friendly and understanding of our needs. She was very knowledgeable and kind and made us feel very relaxed and comfortable to go through the body mapping and mattress selection process, plus we got a lovely cuppa too!
