Fantastic customer service, especially from John and Jodie. Brilliant atmosphere in the store, helpful but not pushy. Extremely knowledgeable about products and customer needs.

Staff were friendly and offered us a drink. Staff were helpful and gave us space to choose what we wanted. They were also good with recommendations and information towards choosing a mattress that met my needs. We also was given the use of the smart bed which helped recommend the firmness of mattress required. Credit to the staff as the smart bed recommended the same as the staff recommended prior to going to on the smart bed. We got some money off and free pillows with the order. Overall good experience.

Staff were very friendly, left us to our selves when needed but on hand to help. John and Jodie especially helpful.

Alex was incredibly warm, friendly and knowledgable. She wasn’t pushy and left us to make have discussions. Her knowledge of the products was comforting.

The assistant who helped us was extremely polite and friendly. She understood our needs and spent time supporting us and explaining the order and delivery process

Jodie was extremely helpful in helping us pick our dream mattress, she catered to all of our needs. We was offered a drink and and was even given 4 free pillows! Excellent customer service!

The store assistant was EXCELLENT!!! If it weren’t for her, I think we would have looked but not bought. She got us to complete your electronic bed assessment, got the shortlist and then guided us through the selection. Without fuss, wasted time or pressure. Outstanding! Give her a pay rise.

Great service & staff

Professional service throughout with no ‘hard sell’. Very good range of mattresses to choose from at varying prices. Given plenty of time to try a variety of mattresses before making a decision. Appreciated the Sleepmatch technology to help guide my decision-making. Salesman (John, B115) was helpful, courteous and not-pushy throughout.
