THE STAFF WAS WELCOMING AND VERY HELPFUL . VIVEK (THE STAFF MEMBER THAT ATTENDED US) WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGEABLE AND MADE FOR A GREAT SHOPPING EXPERIENCE. WE COULD HAVE GOT SIMILAR DEAL ONLINE BUT THE PERSONAL TOUCH MADE US COME BACK AND BUY THE MATTRESS IN THE STORE AS WELL AS THE FACT THAT WE GOT TO TRY SEVERAL PRODUCTS AND CHOOSE THE OPTION WE FELT BEST ABOUT. VIVEK WAS A PLEASURE TO DEAL WITH AND NOT PUSHY AT ALL AND IN PART MADE OUR DECISION EASIER.

Felix the salesman, was very friendly , informative, but not pushy. He made my friend and I very comfortable and relaxed, he was very patient and guided us round the store. He offered us a drink , more than once, and we accepted whilst paperwork was being drawn up. Jessica the young lady who made and served our drinks was very polite and friendly. All the team were a credit to the company and made our visit , stress free. Thank you very much.

We were made welcome by sales person Jodie Nottingham store she was very helpful and knowledge about product nice to meet sales rep who was interested in what we wanted and not just out to make a sale

As we entered the store we were greeted with a very warm welcome from John and given an excellent service . We were offered beverages + a wealth of knowledge . Gredit to your company. We tried your automated mattress service + made to feel at easy but not harassed which we have found in other stores

The assistant who served us was excellent. She knew the products and what was best for us.

Alex looked after us from start to finish and was really nice and never rushed us

We felt the service was excellent from the first moment of entering the store. We were made to feel welcome and offered the facility of the bed mapping which was very useful. Alex was very knowledgeable and was very patient when we insisted on going backwards and forwards in trying the two potential beds. We were equally delighted with the pillows on the beds and purchased two. Thank you Alex for making our visit successful and the cheerful banter with your colleagues made it a stress free shopping experience. Finally, the tea and coffee was a real treat.

Vivek helped to find a mattress to suit our needs and was very knowledgeable and patient whilst we made our decision.
