John was just amazing at the Nottingham branch . Looked after us really well. We’d had a bad experience at another store being mis sold a product. And then upon visiting the Nottingham store John was helpful , smiley , calm , polite. Even when all the system crashed and he couldn’t process my order. He did everything possible to make me my husband and my 2 young children’s experience at dreams a good one (even with the issues that arisen) Just want to say he’s a credit to your Nottingham Store!

John and Vivek gave great advice. They were both friendly and offered us tea and chocolate. My father who is 80 said, the time given to him to try beds and feel comfortable was much appreciated. They were not over selling or pushy they just made us feel at ease to talk and discuss our options.

We entered the store without having a budget or idea what type of mattress would suit our needs. John was and has great understanding of the products he had to offer without being too pushy. He kindly offered us a drink and recommended we tried the sleep match technology. Although this is science he also advised personal comfort is also key when choosing. After an hour and us still undecided John made sure he put us on parking pass as the local parking guides prohibit certain parking durations due to the local football match ongoing. We finally made a decision and the process was a breeze when came to purchase. Looking forward to receiving our new mattress in the next few weeks. Thank you John (Nottingham, Lady Bay Store)

We wanted and needed advice on which mattress to purchase but also didn't want a pushy sales person. They got it just right. They were attentive when we wanted it but left us alone to be able to discuss together what we were looking for. We were guided to suitable beds after listening to our feedback. Exactly what we want from a shopping experience when we have limited knowledge on what we are looking for. Not received the mattress yet to confirm if it is definitely the one for us but I feel we made the best choice based on our needs and immediate feel for the mattress.
