The service and friendliness of the staff, their knowledge of our requirements and what was on offer for us.The use of the bed measuring system so we knew exactly what firmness of bed we would need.A lovely cup of coffee made my John our sales representative.

John was very nice and professional, gave clear options and was upfront about the quality, style and cost of the products. My only criticism is that I don't recall being asked about whether we wanted disposal of our old mattress - had to ring up the store and add this later after checking my order summary when home. Overall, very happy with the visit though.

Vivek was so helpful and knowledgeable about products and what would suit me being pregnant and following my pregnancy which was great.
