I was served by John, and i remembered him from my previous purchase 16 months ago, and he remember me too. He's a credit to Dreams and someone who i trust completely. He gave me solid advice and educated me on the choices i had to make. It was all very quick and so easy.

The sales assistant Alexandra was very helpful and assisted us with our purchase. We were able to select from a wide variety of mattresses. She encouraged to check that we were satisfied with our final choice.

We were very unsure when we walked in the store which mattress would be the best for us and Vivek was very patient with us and very knowledgeable to help us make our choice. The store was very clean and bright and the beds looked inviting.

The lady (Alexandra) who served us was very helpful and offered us a cheaper alternative that was very similar to the one we chose when we were unsure if our budget would stretch that far which we thought was very kind of her. We did push the budget in the end.

Fantastic store fantastic staff very friendly offered me and my mum a drink especially felix and Jodie helped us throughout our visit recommend to friends and family

The Dreams mattress selector machine was very useful.. I went in with the intention of purchasing a mattress with medium firmness, however after using the machine I discovered a firmer choice would aid my recent back pains. Thanks Dreams.

The young assistant was very helpful and her knowledge helped She wasn’t pushy either
