Vivek at the store in Lady Bay retail park was great, perfect balance of giving us help to buy the right mattress and leaving us to try for ourselves, we were offered tea and toblerone which was a lovely touch, all our questions were answered and he stayed late to place our order before the promotion ended due to our working hours, we didn’t know where to start and he made the process so easy we’re confident we’ve made the right choice. Give him a promotion!

The member of staff Vivek served me. He was very helpful but not in your face. He assisted in me finding the best mattress for me and was patient and listened to my requirements. Once I had decided the mattress the sale was very informative and straight forward and I felt like I had an exceptional level of service.

The assistant who helped us (Vivek) spent lots of time getting to know exactly what we were looking for and had a good knowledge if the products available and which would suit us best. Prices were very competitive against other shops we had looked at for better service and better value of products.

The customer adviser - Alex was very friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. If there was something she wasn't sure about, she knew who to ask for further advice. She took care to understand our needs going the extra mile to offer an excellent service. The was no pushy sales, gave us time to think about out potential purchase, we even left the store to discuss between ourselves and make our decision. Returning to the store to finalise the order. Everything was explained fully. The only downside was because we were not taking out the finance the manager asked for an additional deposit to be paid. Almost like being punished for not taking out finance.
