Jodie was lovely and really helpful. She identified the mattresses we’d like and then have us lots of time to try them out, and also run after our toddler!

Staff were extremely helpful and products are superior to other stores

Vivek at the store in Lady Bay retail park was great, perfect balance of giving us help to buy the right mattress and leaving us to try for ourselves, we were offered tea and toblerone which was a lovely touch, all our questions were answered and he stayed late to place our order before the promotion ended due to our working hours, we didn’t know where to start and he made the process so easy we’re confident we’ve made the right choice. Give him a promotion!
