John the man who assisted us in finding our next mattress was kind courteous and very knowledgeable..he put our needs first and listened to what we required.

Judy was very helpful and the other staff were very friendly and offered us drinks. The staff wasn't pushy and that's great but was there if that makes sense. We went on the mattress machine and Judy directed us to the beds that fitted our results.

Extremely helpful member of staff - John at Nottingham Lady Bay store. Asked us our requirements and guided us to a selection of possible mattresses. He made the experience feel Covid-safe and gave us time alone to discuss our thoughts.
