The assistant (Felix) clearly knew what he was talking about and was knowledgeable about what kind of mattresses we would like to try. My wife and I like different mattress styles so he was very patient in helping us select the right mattress.

We were only the second customers following the reopening of the store from lockdown. Alex was very helpful and explained the safety procedures in place at this time. She took the time to explain our options and we did not feel pressured or uncomfortable at anytime.
