Felix at the Lady Bay Nottingham store was attentive to our needs without being overpowering and rushing us into decision making. Felix listened to our requirements and explained all the options available to us, his product knowledge was excellent and left the store feeling we were well looked after.

The staff member was friendly and approachable. She was informative and couldn't have done more to help me. She rang another store to see if she could get a discount for me and did all she could to answer any queries. My safety and the safety of my five year old was paramount and all staff were professional but they left me to browse and I did not feel under any pressure (that's really important to me). Thank you very much for all your help. I will be recommending Dreams in the future to my friends and family.
