We visited the Store looking for a single mattress for our Son's high sleeper bed , it had to be a certain size and after looking online at your store we noticed that you did the size we were looking for. You only had the option available we purchased.

The shop assistant John was very helpful and informative! He explained how the machine worked (regarding a mattress) and the results. He was not pushy for me to buy the most expensive thing, and instead showed me several choices and was honest with these ideas! I originally had one view of what I wanted, but through John understanding and listening to me, he explained the size and everything and I realised this was not practical with the space I had, however I found something even better with his help!
