Alex was immediately available for the time of our appointment. Went to considerable trouble to make certain we were aware of other options. We didn’t feel rushed but because of her attention we only overran our appointment slot by about 5 minutes. Very friendly and relaxed visit.

There was a very pleasant atmosphere in the store & a warm welcome when I arrived. The attention to detail re the hygiene & social distancing was impressive. Jodie was very pleasant & helpful & had a good knowledge of the mattresses that I was interested in. The delivery time I was offered was excellent, especially considering the present situation with Coronavirus & recent lockdown. There was absolutely no pressure to purchase on the day & I didn’t feel rushed into making a decision.

We were served by Alex st the Nottingham store. She was very friendly and had good product knowledge. She also stuck to the social distancing measures to ensure everyone's safety. She was very polite and had good customer service skills.
