The way he attend to me was very polite and I was place in a machine to see what kind of mattress that is good for my body, he give me pillow to use, give me a lot of time and also he offered me a water.

I went in for a mattress and was given lots of help in my decision. The lady was helpful, cheery and great with my daughter.

Vivek greeted us when we arrived with a ‘hello’ and left us to browse a little before asking if we needed help which was great. He wasn’t over powering and we didn’t feel pressured. We used the machine to help us identify the mattress for us and Vivek was incredibly knowledgable and personable throughout the experience. He gave us time to make our decision and answered any questions we had. His customer service was truly fantastic.

An all round pleasant experience. Greeted by John in a friendly and professional manor. Used the machine to determine best mattress and pillow match. Was given personal pillow and was taken on a tour of different beds to try. John was very knowledgeable and genuine, making us feel like he cared that we got the most comfortable bed for our tastes, which is always going to be a difficult and subjective goal, but he succeeded and the purchasing process was very efficient. Just under 2 month waiting time for delivery could be better, but the pre Black Friday deal savings made the choice a no brainier.

The manager (Felix) gave excellent customer service. He had excellent product knowledge, and talked me through all of my options. I explained I needed the products asap and he was very helpful in trying his best to get the items to me in time.

Really impressed with the service at Dreams. Assistants were friendly and helpful without being pushy, allowing you time to look and try the beds etc. Good products and efficient service with quick delivery.

Very helpful and knowledgeable assistant - Alex - who showed me all the choice of mattresses and bed frames suitable for me. I had plenty of time to view all the stock and decide what to buy.
