Social distancing procedures in place. Jane was excellent, pleasant, chatty, made us feel comfortable, provided refreshments and had a good knowledge of your products, ensuring we made use of the bed/mattress testing facility to enable us to make the correct choice of mattress for our own personal comfort. We discussed many options and were never rushed and settled on purchasing a Grayson K mattress combination along with doze side sleep pillows and extra guarantee cover.

Staff members were excellent. 'Dina' was fantastic, she was thorough, patient and very accommodating. The health and safety measures in place were of a very high standard and the range of products is great.
