Although staff couldn’t assist us straight away due to them interviewing we just browsed the shop floor until they came. They apologised and helped with what we needed and guided us with our choices. We also purchased a pillow from store but forgot to bring it home with us. Staff phoned to let us know and they delivered it to our do that evening. Excellent service.

The assistant was very helpful - showed us the sofa beds as sofas and as beds. She wasn’t pushy, she gave us time to talk together etc. We were pleased with the fact we could test out the items as we weren’t sure this would be possible because of Covid.

From the time we entered the store, Vicki was at hand to guide us with the best customer experience. She discussed with us the various mattresses suited to our needs after using the dream machine to validate our body postures. She was kind, patient and most importantly, listened and understood our needs. Overall experience led us to buy a mattress and leave the store happy customers.

The service was excellent the member of staff was very cheery and pleasent and very switched on to what the products were about. In all a very pleasant experience
