At the store in Stoke (Basford) I was served by Paul. What a totally excellent representative for your company. He made the sale that day with his knowledge and friendliness. I came for a bed for my daughter and although she's only eleven, he spoke to her as a person and what she liked. That was excellent customer service and attention. I hope you have an employee recognition scheme as Paul is deserving of recognition.

Knowledgeable sales team , products available to see and try

The store was very covid friendly ( safe ) . The assistant Vicki did come to me straight away and asked if she could help, but I said I'd like a look around first.. I had a look around and the bed I like the assistant Vicki came and answered all my questions ( and very knowledgeable she was too .. Very impressed ) .. The store itself was very clean and tidy..

This was my very first time buying a mattress for myself rather than being gifted or provided one. It was a very wonderful experience as this felt more tailor-made for me the individual rather than me the customer shopping for available stock. It was extremely helpful and I would recommend this service to others.

Dina was extremely helpful from the moment we stepped through the door. She was very knowledgeable about the products on offer and was able to accommodate our budget and delivery requirements to an exceptional standard

The assistant was extremely helpful. I knew what sort of mattress I wanted. He didn’t try and persuade me with a different mattress. He was very friendly and we had a bit of banter which was good. Very good shopping experience

Dina (?) the sales assistant was a great help and could sense we enjoy a bit of banter so played along with us. She was initially serious and professional in the way she approached us.
