We recently visited the Stoke-on-Trent dreams store on Saturday the 18th of July. The customer service was absolutely fantastic from start to finish I would personally love to take the opportunity to thank Jane a lovely lady in the store who took her time to really understand what product we were after when it come to buying our first bed. Amazing I will be recommending to others.

The sleep expert was amazing she was so knowledgeable and allowed us as much time as we needed to make the right choice. She guided us really well to make sure we came away happy with our choice!! Great job

Richard who was the man who served us was highly knowledgeable and helped us to understand the products we were interested in more, he ensured our visit was comfortable and didn't try a 'hard sell' in anyway which made the transaction feel more comfortable and personal
