The lady that served me was super relaxed and easy going I never once felt like she was putting in the hard sell I felt like she was speaking from experience and with my best interests at heart. Then to top it all off she found me a mattress which was in my price range and to the comfort level that I wanted too. Great experience. Excellent customer service.

Rich was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The sleep match bed was great and gave us an informative choice for our needs. There was plenty of time to try each product and choose which we liked the best.

Richard at the Etruria store was brilliant. Extremely helpful and very friendly. He helped me with a bed base and headboard and was very efficient and gave good advice. It is his professional approach that has prompted my positive feedback.

I have used dreams for the past 20 years and in the last 8 years we have dealt with Jane, who works at the Etruria site in Stoke on trent, and we have always felt that she goes above and beyond for us and that is why we keep coming back all because of Jane.
