The sleep survey was so helpful, and Vicky made our experience even better. She was so friendly and knowledgeable. She gave us the info we needed, but she let us take our time deciding without pressuring us. She offered us a cup of tea and was very sensitive to our specific mattress needs (I have arthritis and need a softer bed). Very happy with the overall experience!
