Andy was thoroughly Professional and was perfect the whole time we were there. He took the time to understand our needs without being pushy as some salespeople can be. He greeted us when we went, explained the social distances position for while we were in the store. He asked how he could help (which was to buy pillows) he was very knowledgeable, we inquired about mattress protectors and mattresses and he invited us to try the "sleeper match" which was really interesting. We settled on 2 tempur cool pillows, a cool mattress protector, 4 silentnight pillows and the Nature's Finest 16500 DNAir K Mattress Medium. And whilst doing the paper work he offered us drinks. What a great guy and lovely buying experience. Such a shame we could not shake his hand. Top sales man. Thank you

Jake helped us throughout the experience. We went on the sleep match beds who identified our exact individual needs and then gave us a list of beds that would be a ideal match. Jake then showed us multiple different beds talking us through the whole process of how the mattresses are made up and the difference between them all and allowed us time to test them out and make a informed decision. He was very knowledgeable and helped us make a informed decision. Would highly recommend to anyone who is looking to buy a mattress. We are looking forward to receiving our new mattress.

I normally shop around or do not make a decision until i have been home and thought about it.The salesman was so good seemed to know what I wanted and needed before I did. The only thing Andrew said no to was me going to sleep on the mattress for the rest of the day.
