Dreams - Stoke on Trent

The gentleman that I dealt with at Dreams was incredible. He understood my situation and requirements EXACTLY. I was put in the sleep machine to test what bed I neeeded and he knew precisely what was right for me! He gave me an amazing deal, made sure I was fully aware of what I was purchasing and was friendly throughout! I honestly couldn’t recommend him and Dreams enough!

Jane was very friendly and attentive - we came in with an idea in mind and Jane talked us through the process so thoroughly we’re confident we have the perfect mattress for us

We were able to look round at our own pace, try out the various mattresses and choose the one we wanted without being given a hard sell from the staff. When we made our decision, we were served quickly and our order placed.

Andy was absolutely superb, I'm the kind of customer that spends ages researching before hand so I had a lot in mind and he didn't pressure us and allowed us time to go through each of the mattresses and had a straight and to the point explanation for the questions asked. In the end he put us through a great deal and was nothing but supportive when we were talking about ensuring we were 100% certain and to come back later. I know that's probably scary not to close a deal asap for some sales people but it was spot on for us.

From start to finish the sales assistant Richard was extremely helpful knowledgeable and friendly, as was Paul the store manager

Andrew was really helpful and made what can be an overwhelming choice a lot easier to navigate. He went above and beyond to source the products we needed and input from the store manager was also much appreciated. This actually was a more enjoyable purchase than expected and that is solely down to Andrew and his Manager’s knowledge and manner. Thank you.
