We travelled to the stoke on trent shop to view a bed that was in the showroom, on arrival the lady sales assistance came straight over to discuss our requirements. She was extremely helpful and after a short discussion we realised the the bed was not for us, she understood our requirements and showed us another bed which we ended up ordering.

Me and my partner came in not having a clue of what we were looking for or even how much it was going to cost and the sales man we had understood everything, put us the machine that showed us exactly what we needed and he gave us an idea of the prices we can expect, he showed us all sorts of beds from different price ranges and did everything he could to help and get the correct bed for the correct price, me and my partner are extremely happy with the service that we were given.
