What can be said about Andrew that probably already hasn't been said. Andrew made the visit to Dreams extremely comfortable and welcoming. Before we could even say what we thought we wanted he got us to try out 'Sleepmatch' , which in itself is very comfortable, having be diagnosed, Andrew then took us the first recommended item, this product though right for us was a little firm. Not perturbed, Andrew then led us to 2nd choice, a 'Sleepeezee - Paddington', now this was perfect, combined with the test/sample Tempur Cloud Cooltouch pillows and a bodypillow made this most comfortable myself and my pregnant partner have been in a long time. Andrew was extremely knowledgeable, considerate to our needs and friendly. Within seconds of meeting him we offered refreshments and again later whilst making the order. Hands down, an excellent experience and we are both happy for the help he gave.
