Dreams - Stoke on Trent

The chap that served us was very friendly and professional. The problem we had was that the internet went down so it took three times to process the order. There was nothing that the staff could of done any better

Very helpful assistants without being too intrusive. We spoke to two assistants and both were excellent.

The delay in delivery and the delay caused by the assistant not being able to find any means of giving us the mattress protector we chose. Not his fault, they weren't available in shop, warehouse, other stores. He tried everything but I had to settle for another one I didn't particularly want.

We visited the store in the morning with my elderly mother as she was interested in the tv bed, we has great service from Vicki and ended up trying the tester bed ourselves and purchasing 2 tempur pillows, we were so impressed that we returned later in the day and purchased the tv bed with all the trimmings as a surprise christmas present for my mum. The service and ease of payment was excellent and we will be returning in the new year to treat ourselves to a new bed and mattress.

Andrew Nixon greeted us in entry to the store. He was extremely knowledgable about all product and His recommendations were fantastic. He explained the colour coding of the mattresses, encouraged us to try them and set us up On the sleep machine. His recommendations were in the top 3 of the sleep machine results. He recommended a certain pillow which was sooo comfy. He showed us all options regarding bed frames/ divans. We were offered drinks and he was very friendly whilst remaining professional throughout our whole visit. The store was clean and sanitized frequently.

Jake offered assistance promptly and showed us products which were suggested by the sleep match ( which is really good !). He seemed very knowledgable and not overbearing or pushy, which tends to put me off a purchase. Looking forward to delivery this week
