Before we set foot in the store, Dina was fab. We booked the last time slot for the evening and Dina tried to contact me several times during the day to ask if we could visit earlier to allow maximum time to test out mattresses. Very pleased that we did, we were in the store for over an hour and we didn’t feel at all rushed to leave nearing closing time. Dina explained everything fully and we felt like we were making informed decisions

We arrived at your store on a friends recommendation and were highly delighted . We were greeted at the entrance by Andrew who we found to be most helpful to our requirements after showing us your computerised mattress matcher he showed us various mattresses and we soon found an excellent one ( a Therapur actigel plus response 3200D ) . All throughout he was courteous and understanding of my wifes struggle as she has only been out magor surgery a few days !! He also explained about pillows an your 8 year warranty to us which we also bought. All this and a free coffee , i wouldnt hesitate to recommend yourselves to anyone . Much better than our last experience of buying Beds (Bensons) , needless to say we know where to go in future now

Very helpful assistants without being too intrusive. We spoke to two assistants and both were excellent.

The delay in delivery and the delay caused by the assistant not being able to find any means of giving us the mattress protector we chose. Not his fault, they weren't available in shop, warehouse, other stores. He tried everything but I had to settle for another one I didn't particularly want.

The chap that served us was very friendly and professional. The problem we had was that the internet went down so it took three times to process the order. There was nothing that the staff could of done any better
