Dreams - Stoke on Trent

This was my third visit to Dreams in the last three years and I returned because Jane had been so helpful, knowledgable and efficient. This time we were served by Richard and he was also excellent. He explained everything very clearly, was very friendly and gave us all the help we needed. The Covid safety measures were also excellent.

I visited twice the first time just passing we were treated well with the sleep experience bed and choice of mattresses etc, we were not pushed at any time even had a few laughs, we went back based in quality and service 2nd time even better no pressure lots of options and out us at ease I spent more than aimed but feel had quality to last for years and Andy and Make were the difference cheers guys

The sales assistant was very knowledgeable a s helpful, the store is well laid out and we were treated with courtesy and respect

Jaine was very attentive and helpful she was very friendly and took the time to understand what I was looking for, right down to delivery times as I was particular about this. I was very satisfied about how she made sure our health and safety was taken care of, from social distancing to a cover on the SleepMatch and pillow. Very happy with my visit and I can't wait to test out my new bed!
