The sales colleague did her very best to keep me informed of the features I was looking for. (ottoman style) your store was busy and I didn't feel neglected even though she was dealing with multiple customers, she even guided me to a different bed to the one I had originally come to buy, and as this was a much better item (feature wise) I bought it and was surprised at how fast it could be delivered, so well done.
