As we are sleeping on a mattress on the floor. 6 weeks is a long time to wait for the bed to be delivered. But the lady who attended to us was lovely and pleasant.

I was highly satisfied with the assistance I reciebed from Viki. She had s lot of knowledge and reassured me about my personal needs. She was friendly, attentive and very efficient. I have no complaints there. She was excellent. After my visit though I looked at similar beds at different stores and felt I could have got a similar bed cheaper. Also I'm a little concerned about the gel technology and its longevity. I think there should be a cooling off period like with many other big purchases. I do like the 40 day chsnge policy though which is the main reason I went to hit at dreams in the first place

I had to repeat everything said to the assistant several times. At one point I spelt my name and postcode (with phonetics) and still she took my details wrong!! What should have taken 10 mins took half an hour!!

The member of staff was very knowledgeable & helped us to choose the bed - she also advised about the 40 day exchange & helped us to decide based on this.

Pushy salespeople, including the store manager, not interested in concerns of the customer. I find it hard to believe that businesses this large cannot carry stock, which seemed to be the case.

Salesman advised that mattresses could not be taken to local refuge and that they need to be deposed at a special recycle centre After leaving the store i found this not to be true

My brand new credit card was declined. I paid for the bed on my debit card in the end but 24hrs later I was contacted by the shop and it was explained that they had made a mistake with the bill. I still owed £37 on top of the £1200 I had just spent. I agreed to go into the showroom to rectify the problem but what I suggested to staff couldn't be done apparently as it would mess up my delivery dates. What I suggested was that my debit card was fully re embersed and the new total including the extra £37 would be paid using my now working credit card. I could do without having such a large amount taken from my current account and I think more could have been done to accommodate my request. It seemed as long as I paid the shortfall of £37 then that's all that matters. I could not alter my delivery date as the property has no bed. I need to sleep somewhere
