During the progress of answering questions for finance, personal details, bank account details etc, I felt there was very little cofidentiality. as other customers and members of staff were waiting to use the computer terminal. People are standing next to you as you are giving personal information to Dreams staff.

Store was very busy so there was not enough computers to place our order so had to wait and then stand

Everything seems ok so far, can't really say highly satisfied with the items I have ordered as not received items yet, hopefully all will be highly satisfied once received though! We came in during the sale after Christmas, so all's I can say is just felt it was a quick sale, but are still very pleased so far!

Although the customer representative was very good at what she was going there were a few people in the store and once we had made our choice we had to hang around whilst she resolved another customers issue. This is not a problem but would show in the scores. Also a customer toilet is needed.

The prices for mattresses and beds were confusing when mixing and matching different mattresses and bed bases but to be fair this applies to most stores
