Very good experience overall but combination of time to wait; discussions around having to be in for full day on delivery - allocated slots being more the norm now for other services; confusing price structures on the beds; whilst staff were attentive the commission based sales environment was obvious and a little off putting when you want time to browse at first and just need to know they’re there when needed

Ended up buying a dreams mattress which ive never had before as always had hypnos mattress but dreams mattress is dearest mattress ive ever bought so fingers crossed im giving it a go

reserve judgement until receive goods, staff were helpful, knowledgeable.

Would have liked it delivered earlier

I hate shopping anyway and suffer with my back and knees. After trying a few beds I was aching and felt uncomfortable. The problem is you have to find which is the most comfortable.

I would have liked to received my order in under 1 week.

The prices quoted are not competitive with other retailers of beds

I TICKED HIGHLY SATISFIED ON SOME REASON IS PRODUCT NOT YET DELIVERED OR TRIED

Would have preferred more opportunity to try on my own, felt a bit pressured
