From the moment we walked through the door, we were greeted by Vicki who went out of her way to make us feel welcome and was very patient to help us find the correct mattress. She also asked us if we would like a drink, which was handed to us quickly by another pleasant member of staff

Having visited a few bed stores we decided to try Dreams and Andrew the sleep expert was very helpful even getting my husband to try out mattresses which is a first. We had a budget and Andrew helped us to get our ideal dream bed and mattress for that budget. Would highly recommend.

Having visited two other stores (Not Dreams) where I was ignored the service care and support given in the Etruria Basford Newcastle U Lyme store was refreshing and very welcome

The assistant was very friendly and polite and explained things clearly. I was very satisfied with my visit to the store and would highly recommend it to others. There was also a good choice of products to choose from.

Despite the current situation with COVID my visit to the store was great. Plenty of measures in place to comply with COVID regulations, I was given my own pillow to use during my visit, all staff were wearing masks etc. Customer service was excellent, no pressure to buy, all information and details were explained clearly and concisely.

Great service from Dina who was so efficient on the day answered all my questions showed me all the items , demonstrated tested all the aspects of the bed and frame she's a credit to your store

We went to dreams because we had brought a new mattress three weeks ago and I experienced alot of pain from this. So we went to dreams and asked for an assessment to see which mattress we would need and the assistant helped us to do this and told us everything the machine does and showed us all the different types of mattresses which suited us both.Then we tried all the matresses which were suitable for us and then we chose the one which we felt was right us.

We received assistance as soon as the staff changing the external advertising panels saw that ! was in a wheelchair being pushed by my husband. He quickly assisted us by opening the front doors wide enough for me to enter the store safely. He then enquired as to our needs for a new mattress and the type of it. Once he established this information he quickly showed us what was available in the store in the price range we selected then while we tried it out he quickly offered us a complementary bottle of water each (Harrogate) which we both thanked him for as the air was very dry with our covid masks on. After we tried 2 mattresses and myself and my husband had discussed and decided on which we would like to purchase he then escorted us to the service desks at the rear of the store all the while enthusiastically providing us with all of the necessary information we needed. He was a very good representative of Dreams and the Basford Bank store in particular. We are both highly impressed with the way in which he assisted us the whole way thru the experience.
