Dreams - Stoke on Trent

The assistant who helped us was very friendly but also very professional. We did not feel rushed but Deena was around when we had any queries and dealt with when we had made a decision. Though we had only gone into the store to look but did make a purchase we did not feel any pressure to buy.

The staff were very help full and they were polite and nothing was any problem when helping my mother to pick a new and duvet.Many thanks

good service smooth purchase

I was hoping for a quicker delivery time on the items I chose due to my circumstances. However, Dina who was assisting me was very helpful and able to find a sooner, satisfactory delivery on slightly different items instead.

As mentioned Car Park was full with Gym users. We had to park on yellow lines hoping we would not get ticketed.

It hasn’t been delivered yet it might not be delivered on time?

The store was busy due to sale. All tills were occupied so it was a bit of a wait. We could have left and ordered online but decided to wait as staff were really friendly and helpful.

I was quite satisfied with my visit to Dreams. I rarely get HIGHLY satisfied, so Dreams did ok
