The assistant Andrew was helpful but not overbearing. He quickly assessed our needs and budget and pointed us in the right direction.

The Dreams colleague (Jane) was very knowledgeable, helpful and approachable. She was able to give advice on the different firmness ratings on the mattresses and the different payment options available.

Andrew was very friendly and helpful and we felt that he was very quick to show us all offers that suited us. The store was very welcoming with plenty of staff on hand without the feeling of pressure,we also liked the relaxed but professional feel of the staff.

We bought a bed from dreams about 7/8 years ago and we were very happy with it.so we decided to go back to them.
