The staff were not pushy and gave us time to browse whilst also offering advice when needed. Knowledeable and considered our needs.

It was a pleasure to look around the store which had a lot of choice inside the shop and the assistant was really helpful and patient as we took our Ninteen year old son to choose a bed NIGHTMARE !!!

The service from Andrew was really good he had great product knowledge and understood our needs. He was able to answer our questions and sort our order immediatley.

we went into the store not sure what we were looking for, after discussing with the assistant we came away with a mattress for out selves and a bed and mattress for out daughter,,we were very pleased that both the items were just what we were looking for,,,,,,

We were given good advise & fantastic service. Stuart listened to our requirements he looked back in history on what previously & helped us to select the correct mattress!! 😊😊😊

Andrew, the gentleman who helped us with our choice, told us he had recently purchased a bed and his requirements were similar to ours, so he had first hand knowledge of its effective ness. I require a bed as firm as I can get to help me to cope with the disabilities that I have.

WE HAVE SHOPPED AT DREAMS BEFORE AND ONCE AGAIN WEREWELL ATTENDED TO AND GIVEN TIME TO DECIDE ON OUR PURCHASE

The staff very friendly and knowledgeable. She gave us information we have asked for but was not in our face when we were making decision about the purchase. Overall happy with the visit as we have been given as much time as we needed (and we needed more than an hour) without being rushed to make a choice.

Andrew looked after us in store. He listened to our needs and had good product knowledge. He was very patient as we had 2 young children with us. After listening to our needs he very kindly offered a mattress that was on sale saving us a substantial amount of money. His customer service skills were excellent and he talked to all of us with ease. It was a chance visit and I am really glad we called in. Thank you to all of the staff in store, especially Andrew.
