Store laid out logically- love colour coding. Quality pillow covers and foot 'blankets'. Staff attentive but didn't pounce on us as walked thru door; gave us helpful comparative info without bamboozling us! Gave us space/time to consider all options &try out beds for comfort. Knowledgeable and spoke from experience. Felt no pressure to buy but felt valued as a customer. Husband loved his cup of tea- nice touch😃

Jane helped us out from the moment we walked through the door. She listened to what we needed and gave us so many options but let us take our time to decide too.
