The Sales Representative (Andrew Nixon) was knowledgable, friendly, assistive and catered for the requirements that we had very well. His product knowledge and advice was excellent and his general attitude towards serving us as customers was the right balance between making sure we had all the information that we required without making us feel under pressure to purchase. The choice of beds was good and we were offered tea/coffee and plenty of time to consider what it was we wanted. Overall I would recommend Andrew to friends if they were looking to make a bed purchase. Its not often a sales person will specifically go the extra mile and take the time to research my Autoimmune back condition in order to make certain that he could make the best recommendations possible. This is highly commendable.
