Friendly staff, no preasure, explained all options, went through pricing and checked availibilty.

We were served by Stuart and he helped us out, we were in a bit of a desperate situation and he went through his stock room to find us exactly what we were looking for and matched the price we'd been quoted locally. He even carried the mattress to our vehicle for us.

Members of staff were very helpful in helping look for a bed. They also let me look at a variety whilst narrowing the choice due to cost and comfort. I was served by Susan who was very friendly and was understanding of that I wanted a certain mattress style but without it becoming too expensive. I felt at ease and that the sales wasn't too pushy like it can be in other furniture and bed shops, which made it a much more pleasant experience.

Visited the store to purchase new bedroom furniture as seen on the website, had a sample of the product range so went ahead and purchased especially with the 4 for 3 offer. Whilst waiting for a quote we were asked if we wanted to try the tempur experience as my wife tried one of the selected range. We did this and were so impressed with the comfort that we decided to invest in a mattress and 2 pillows with support from the Dreams assistance. My wife suffers from back problems and we have had issues sourcing a bed to fit our needs, the tempur seems to fit perfectly asnothing else compared. Excellent support and product knowledge from the assistant and sold us the investment.

Good space to walk around, plenty of stock, good customer service. Andrew came to us on entering the store to see if we needed help i told him we would like to look around first. When we decided what sort of bed & mattress we needed Andrew told us what was available & sorted our order out quickly. Thank you.
