Dreams - Stoke on Trent

The manager (I think) who handled all of my calls from the Dreams Stoke on Trent store yesturday was ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!!! the level of customer service I received was by far the best! Thank you so much for all of your patience and the many calls and questions you received from me! Aimee

Jake the person on the phone was very friendly and helpful. Was very unhappy I could not visit the store but needed a bed urgently.

Spoke to Emily Bailey Central Sales Administrator to order a replacement bed and paid extra for an alternative bed. Emily was super Helmand knowledgeable in all information and on the products. I spoke to her on multiple calls as I had lots of questions. She was professional, friendly and patient. I s addle I took out the protection for the ottoman purchased. I then rang the main customer service line again later that evening to order a second bed and spoke to a lovely man who was also excellent. He was very friendly and efficient in his job. Order placed well but I was not offered for the bed to be put together. I had so many other questions that I forgot to ask! And he forgot too as he worked so hard to get his job right. Overall very pleased . But didn’t take the mans name!

After having such an awful experience with another company regarding ordering a bed (it was delivered damaged TWICE, then out of stock), Dreams was quite literally a dream to deal with! The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was so helpful, we shared a couple of laughs, he just made me feel so much more reassured than the previous company I'd dealt with. My partner and I are very happy with how we have been looked after by everyone at Dreams and we thank you all so very much!
