The mattresses we looked at were clearly differentiated by the coloured covers and pillows which enabled us to simply look at the type of product we wanted. The store was light and airey, not overcrowded with stock, making things much easier to see. The assistant, Dina, was very knowledgeable about all the products and was very pleasant and helpful. She was very efficient when finalising the order.. Other assistants in the store were also very friendly. It was very easy to select the product we wanted and to make our purchase. Organising a delivery time was also arranged very quickly.

I found Andrew, the advisor, very proficient and helpful.

I was accompanied by my daughter on this visit as I felt I needed a second opinion. The assistant (Jane) was very helpful and answered all questions put to her. She made constructive suggestions and demonstrated how each bed felt with various toppers. At no time did we feel rushed and left the store very satisfied.

From the moment we entered the store and from leaving, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We got the bed we wanted and the mattress at a great price. We had Andrew serving us but whenever another colleague was free they would help us also in speeding up our purchase. my 18month old son was with us and he can get get irritable, but the team was so helpful in making his experience good too, providing him with a pen and paper to entertain him, being friendly to him too. They really tried hard to make our experience as satisfying as possible. I am looking forward to receiving the bed. I will be making future purchases from Dreams, definitely. Thank you

From the moment my daughter and I stepped into Dreams we were put at ease. We asked for assistance and the assistant was immediately available. He was extremely helpful. We tried out the sleep pod, at his suggestion, this was a great experience. We were shopping for a new mattress for my daughter, the assistant was knowledgeable, helpful and very patient. He also made me a lovely cup of coffee whilst my daughter was trying a huge selection of mattresses. My daughter and I found this shopping experience very pleasant and came away with an excellent mattress which is being delivered within the week- she can't wait to try it out- Great! Thank you!
