Very friendly and helpful staff

We were very happy to visit Dreams and the assistant who came to help us namely Vikky was extremely friendly and couldn't have been more helpful. We were encouraged to try the beds and could easily have spent a few more hours there in comfort.

very pleased with the speed and knowledge of Andrew also his explanation and understanding of the needs of my mother I law and helping to make the right choice for her.

The assistant was very friendly and knowledgeable and spent lots of time with us pointing out the different bed types and mattresses available and urging us to try them and explaining the difference between the products

I had come here to take advantage of the sale to purchase a new mattress. I had arrived with my mother 5 minutes before closing time. However, the gentleman serving went above and beyond to serve us. He was friendly, efficient, honest and knowledgeable. The sale was quick, we ran over the closing time but he was more than happy to help. We were really please with the purchase.

I went to Etruria store near to closing time on mon29 june and was given one to one service by the woman who helped me choose the best mattress in my price range and she didn't hurry me even though I couldn't decide.

We were greeted by Jane a few minutes after entering the store, just the right timing and style of introduction (I don't like pushy sales people - it puts me right off). The product we were looking for was not on display, as it has been discontinued, but Jane confirmed that it was actually in the warehouse at the back and available. She arranged for us to see it and inspect the quality etc., with the help of a friendly colleague. She also asked about our needs and let us try different mattress / topper combinations to make our choice. The payment process was friendly and the options / delivery scheduling were well explained. A few of Jane's colleagues were gathered around the till area as it was just about closing time and they all somehow gradually got involved with polite banter etc. and made us feel very comfortable. We didn't have a telephone number with us to put in the delivery documentation, so the manager (the dedicated guy who made it into work today with a very painful swollen foot) gave Jane his mobile number to put on the form and we just have to text him our number when we get it and he’ll update the system. Overall a great experience - I normally hate shopping.
