I went into the Dreams Store at Stoke on Trent, to purchase a bed and a mattress and was approached by sales person, Andrew. He listened to what I required and gave suitable recommendations, which resulted in a sale! The service I received was excellent and would not hesitate to recommend the Store to my friends. Thank you Andrew and thank you Dreams. :-)

The staff member who served me named Andrew was extremely helpful when I was asking questions, He explained everything to me and made my visit not only quick, but also extremely easy, I would definitely return to this store for future purchases

We were the only ones in the shop and the manager was with us within a couple of minutes. he explained advantages and disadvantages of the beds and was not pushy!

The assistant who greeted us as we entered the shop was welcoming and provided immediate assistance without being pushy. She was very knowledgeable about the products and provided constructive guidance. There was no sales pressure exerted and we were very pleased with our shopping experience.

Checked out the products on line and was able to test and examine them in more detail in store with all answers to our questions given by the representative.
