I knew what I wanted. The assistant respected thst and didn't try to get me to look at something else.

We were given enough time to make a decision about our purchase once help and advice had been provided. The sales assistant was very friendly and not at all pushy

Dina and Stuart, were very helpful trying to help me to make up my mind, i had being in the store three times before I could eventually make up my mind on what mattress suited me best. I had being to another bed shop, but came back to Dreams as I found the service excellent, I felt at ease and not not pressured at all. Brilliant staff very helpful. :) When the mattress arrived the delivery drivers were also very polite and helpful, I asked them if they would mind taking the mattress upstairs, in which they did and they took their shoes off at the door, which I thought was very good :)

The assistance and information provided by Andrew were first class. Mr. Michael Flackett was in a wheelchair, using oxygen (needs it 24/7); Andrew was extremely helpful and understanding; he didnt rush or try any undue influence when trying to decide on the best option for our needs. He was constantly enquiring if Mr. Flackett was OK did he need any assistance or a drink etc. His knowledge of the products available were second to none. We would certainly recommend him for any Company rewards that may be available. We were treated as though we were the only customers in the shop and no pressure or time restraint was applied. A thoroughly enjoyable and helpful visit!!

The assistant gave just the right amount of advice and support throughout our visit and was very helpful. Would have liked a little more discount due to the amount of money being spent but overall very satisfied.
