i was very satisfied with my visit as i was seen to by the same assistant as five years go when i purchased my bed, her name was Jane friendly and helpful in every way and i would come and shop at dreams again and recommend to friends without any hesitation.

The staff were very helpful in find the most suitable bed for us.

FROM THE INITIAL ENTRANCE INTO THE STORE WE WERE GREETED BY DINA WHO GAVE US THE OPTION OF BROWSING BUT AS WE WERE SPECIFICALLY LOOKING FOR ADJUSTABLE BEDS SHE STAYED WITH US. SHE WAS EXTREEMELY KNOWLEDGABLE OF ALL THE PRODUCTS COURTIOUS, PROFESSIONAL AND APPEARED GENUINELY CARING. THERE WAS NO PRESSURE THROUGHOUT THE TRANSACTION OF PURCHASE AS SHE MADE US FEEL AT EASE AND THAT IS A DEAL MAKER FOR US! SHE IS AN EXCELLENT ADVOCATE FOR THE COMPANY 'DREAMS'. We were not pressured but the assistant was readily available when we needed to ask a few questions, that were answered to our satisfaction.

Quick and easy

Salesperson was very helpful. She guided us to the relevant area of the store and was very knowledgeable about beds, mattresses and headboards. She pointed out that some headboards were available as clearance items. We bought one of these. Her computer skills were good and she was soon able to tell us the overall price. She offered us various available dates for delivery. Altogether, an excellent experience.

Approached in a very genuine manner by one of the sales team, felt no pressure to purchase, she displayed excellent knowledge of all products, suggestions as to alternative products were made. All in all, a well laid out clean bright store and service with a smile.
