Good website, atentive staff when in shop

Staff really helpful polite and didn't pester

The staff are very helpful especially dina, we called about three times to find the right matterass in the end we got the best matterass through the help of dina

DINA WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL BUT I REALLY NEEDED A GOOD NIGHTS SLEEP ON EACH MATRESS TO KNOW WHICH SUITED ME BEST. BUT SHE DID SAY THAT WE CAN CHANGE IT WITHIN SO MANY DAYS

We shopped at Dreams, Etruria, Stoke-on-Trent and was assisted by Dina. She was friendly but not too much so, helpful, and allowed us time to choose our favourite products. She stepped in when we couldn't make up our minds and helped with the selection process. The coffee & tea she made us was very welcome. She helped take the stress our of buying a new mattress, making it a fun experience.

On arrival a lady called Vicki, came walking down the store to us , greeted us very nice smiley friendly person , no pressure on selling us something straight away , we told her what mattress we had purchased in the past, and it is a great orthopaedic mattress , she knew the name of it called orchid , which they don't sell any longer , but do one in its place , she showed us 2 mattresses , and left us to it to try , and discuss as a family , she said I will be at my desk , it was lovely to shop with no sales person on your back , this is why we like dreams , relaxing chilled out shop , and yes if we meet mad like people who don't pressure they get a sale , when we got the till Vicki put the sale through , and got a great date to deliver the bed , the computer broke down , and was showing no dates , Vicki had to ring i.t . We were waiting around hour , eventually we got the date through , all this time we had conversation , she kept us updated , and never left us and went off to serve other customers .

Very good personal service from "Jane". She quickly spotted I wasn't sure of the range of products available and their diffent properties and guided me through the various options

Given plenty of time to make our choice, different beds and mattresses explained, not pressurized in making a purchase, Andy was very friendly and helpful.

The assistant was helpful and knowledgable and went out of her way to help us choose our bed
