The lady that delet with me was very friendly took the time to understand my needs. Offered my mum and dad and myself a cup of tea/coffee allowed us to use toilet. The only thing I can complain about is delivery time as I have to wait 2 weeks for delivery.

We had been looking for a new bed for a while now, going to and from and back to bed stores, having no luck and not finding anything we were 100% sure of. My partner told me about Dreams and so I thought I'd give it a go. The second we walked through the door we saw the bed we wanted which happened to be on sale! We had a lye down and a test and instantly fell in love! Within 5 minutes there was somebody assisting us telling us all the details we needed to know, delivery, guarantee and warranty offer. We decided we wanted it so ordered it, they gave us a discount on ur delivery and gave us a free quality mattress protector!

As soon as we walked in there was an assistant on hand to find out what we were shopping for and to let us know which items to look at in the price range that we wanted
