Customer service was excellent in all aspects. The sales assistant had an indepth Knowledge of all the different types of mattresses and beds in the store and was able to explain the difference and answer all my questions. She took the time to understand what I was looking for and had a genuine desire to ptovide the necessary assistance without being intrusive.

Jane, our in store assistant was happy to help, very knowledgeable, patient, friendly, courteous! I would highly recommend speaking to Jane.

we were approached by Sue who asked if we had shopped at the store before, we said yes and she then went on to explain the info on the cards at the foot of the bed. Not a bit pushy and that was just what we liked... made a good cuppa too. We also explained that the mattress on our bed was purchased at Dreams so she went to find out the exact year, it was only 4 years ago and when I told her it hadn't worn well at all said it a shame the 8 year guarantee wasn't available at the purchase in 2011... a definite ridge in the centre, its not at all comfortable, hence the purchase of the new one... we have also taken out the 8 year guarantee on it...well worth the extra money.

We had various queries regarding the sound aspect of our TV bed and the dreams staff went beyond their remit to demonstrate the bed to us - resulting in the purchase of the upgraded Smart TV.

We entered the store with specific requirements and Andrew, pointed us straight to the perfect bed, mattress and headboard. We were so happy with the first products that Andrew suggested that we bought all 3!! We were so happy with the overall experience, we will be returning when its time to replace our daughters bed!!

Very helpful staff, not pushy

I wad highly satisfied with my visit to the Dreams store Handley because I was not planning to buy a mattress I was only looking and comparing your prices with other stores , but because of the friendly and professional manner of the store manager Stewart who helped only when asked and gave me a really good deal on a mattress both myself and my wife loved but was quite a bit more expensive than I would have liked to paid , but with the help of Stewart we reached a deal where we could get the mattress we really wanted not a compromise . Then Andrew did the paper work which didn't take to long and was quite painless , so yes a very positive and rewarding visit , and as I have already stated with out Stewarts friendly helpful manner and a willingness to get the customer what they want I would not have made a purchase .

The sales assistant Dina was thorough but not intrusive. We were given relevant information & signposted to the relevant product without feeling pushed into a purchase. Very genuine friendly service.

ON ENTERING STORE I WAS GREETED WITH GOOD MORNING BY LADY CALLED SUE, SHE WAS VERY PLEASANT AND ASKED IF I NEEDED ANY HELP, I SAID THAT I HAD BEEN ON DREAMS WEB SITE AND KNOW WHAT I WANT, SHE WAS VERY HELPFUL, VERY POLITE AND MADE ME FEEL VERY WELCOME. WELDONE SUE.
